Veterinary Referrals
Here at Southglen Veterinary Hospital, we work with our colleagues in the community to ensure all cherished pets receive the care they need. We are happy to share and provide our services to patients from other veterinary practices. If your primary vet has recommended our team for your pet’s medical needs, we are happy to help you in any way we can. What should I bring with me to my pet’s appointment?
Depending on your pet’s unique case, your primary vet may have instructed you to bring certain items such as urine samples. We may also reach out to you beforehand to let you know of any further preparations you need to make. Otherwise, all we ask is that you arrive on time for your appointment. We will already have copies of your pet’s medical records from your primary veterinary care team.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes we do. Please call us to learn about our updated policy on no-shows and late cancellations. We require at least 24 hours notice for changing or cancelling appointments. This way, we can allot your time slot to other patients in need of care.
